WhiteTag is shipped from the edge of Victoria's Bass Strait coast. Please use the following guide for shipping and postage.
Standard Shipping (AUST POST): flat rate $12 (up to 3kgs)
Express Shipping (AUST POST): flat rate $25 (up to 3kgs)

Note: all product prices and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency.
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8am til 5pm. All orders placed are dispatched the next business day.
Purchases made on weekends and Victorian public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves WhiteTag.
We use Australia Post to deliver our products. They work hard to get all our deliveries to our customers as quickly as possible, however at times there may be delays beyond their control.
All of our parcels are posted from our local Australia Post outlet on the southern Victorian coast (postcode 3942) .

Standard within Australia
For Metro delivery, please allow 3-5 working days and for Rural delivery, please allow 4-7 working days.
Express within Australia
For Metro delivery, please allow 2-3 working days and for rural delivery, please allow 3-5 working days.
